We are a dynamic and fast-growing IT company specialising in cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses of all sizes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager / Analyst to join our team.

Role Summary

The FP&A professional will play a key role in driving financial performance, forecasting, and business decision-making across the company’s AI and IT product lines. This position partners closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to provide strategic insights, budgetary control, and data-driven recommendations to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across all business units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze profitability, revenue trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast) and provide actionable insights to management.
• Partner with business, sales, and product teams to support pricing, go-to-market strategies , and investment decisions .
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports , dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Support strategic projects , including new product launches, M&A evaluations, and market expansion.
• Implement and enhance financial systems and automation tools for efficient data reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and tax requirements , working closely with accounting and audit teams.
• Analyze cash flow, capital expenditures , and resource allocation to ensure financial discipline.
• Benchmark financial performance against industry peers and global AI sector standards .

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA) is a plus.
• 5–8 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, ideally within IT, AI, SaaS, or technology sectors .
• Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel / Power BI / Tableau skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and free zone company structures preferred.
