Financial Planning & Analyst

Role Purpose: To support the Director of Finance in building a strong financial backbone for the company by handling accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project-level analytics, and supporting IFRS-compliant reporting. This role ensures reliable numbers, disciplined cost control, and timely management insights to enable strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & FP&A (Primary Responsibility)

* Assist in preparing annual company-wide and project-level budgets.

* Prepare monthly rolling forecasts including revenue, margins, cash-flow, and overheads.

* Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) with clear commentary.

* Track project performance including gross margins, cost to complete, site expenses, material consumption, subcontractor cost, and manpower cost.

* Develop KPI dashboards (financial & operational) for weekly/monthly management review.

* Coordinate with project managers, QS, procurement, HR, and operations for financial inputs.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Excellent budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.

* Advanced Excel skills

* Experience in contracting (preferred).

Qualifications

* Professional qualification preferred (CA / ACCA / CIMA).

* 5 Years experience in FP&A / budgeting

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
