Cost Accounting & Operational Analysis

  • Support product costing and variance analysis (standard vs. actual costs)
  • Analyze COGS and inventory activity to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Assist in developing and improving cost models to enhance gross margins

FP&A & Financial Reporting

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare financial reporting and performance analysis
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with operations, purchasing, and production teams
  • Support pricing analysis, capital investment evaluations, and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business analysis
  • Strong ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data extraction, reporting, and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Exposure to cost accounting
  • Experience improving or building reporting from imperfect or incomplete datasets
