We are looking for a " Financial Planning and Analysis Manager " with the following qualifications to be appointed to our Koroplast CFO organization.

General Requirements:

• Min 10 years of relevant experience at least 3-4 years as a manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven working experience in an FMCG environment
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong excel experience with ability to work on and analyze large data sets
• Expert in SAP and strong skills on MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
• Self motivated and ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet stretch deadlines
• Team management

Responsibilities:

• Works on monthly, quarterly, yearly financial forecasts updates in close collaboration with multi-functional teams
• Prepare and lead 5 year Strategic Plan
• Prepare deep analysis of actual vs budget/forecast spendings
• Prepare customer/product profitability
• Works on financial evaluation of business scenarios, pricing/spending/investment decisions and respective recommendations to management
• Delivers monthly management reports with key performance measures.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standarts and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Assists in preparation of management presentation decks on forecasts and business reviews.
