Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our client, a diversified Group with operations across multiple trading sectors, is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to help support strategic direction, ensure the integrity of financial forecasts, as the commercial finance partner.

This is not a traditional back-office finance role it’s a business-facing and trusted role that combines technical and commercial expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to translate financial data into meaningful insights and compelling narratives to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing financial insight to support decision-making
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and support business growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely financial reporting
• Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate across departments to address business issues and drive improvements
• Clearly communicate financial risks and opportunities clearly to executive stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; recognised qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior finance roles, preferably within trading sectors
• Strong technical grounding with a solid understanding of IFRS and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in FP&A roles within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Confident working cross-functionally and influencing non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
