Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Hays have partnered with a leading multinational Manufacturing Firm in Riyadh who are searching for a FP&A Manager to join their team.

This FP&A Manager will oversee financial analysis, research, and forecasts to support short and long-term business goals and decisions. You will develop financial processes and systems in support of financial strategy and provide consultation and guidance to functional or operational management on key financial issues and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish key elements of operational plan for financial analysis, research, and forecasts to support short and long-term business goals and decisions.
• Implement financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage creation and maintenance of financial models, variance analysis, and development of business cases and investment summaries.
• Deliver reports and presentations to advise management on financial analysis, results and recommendations.
• Provide consultation and guidance to functional or operational management on key financial issues and decisions.
• Manage financial practices to ensure they are conducted accurately and are compliant with regulations, laws and standards.
• Support finance activities such as programs, pricing, sales and supply chain.
• Lead large-scale projects, including developing analytical models to perform difficult financial analyses.
• Be the key advisor and a business partner to the Middle east CFO and GM
• Implement company FP&A rhythms and planning, analysis and reporting structure.

You must meet the below requirements to apply:

• 5+ years' minimum experience in a Financial Analysis or FP&A position
• Background working within MNCs / International Organisations in the Manufacturing sector or similar is preferred.
• It is essential that you have strong experience using SAP ERP.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• You must be already based in Riyadh.
