Financial Planning Associate

Key Responsibilities

§ Prepare Journals, prepare, analyze and review Trial balance, and analyze accounts and transactions in sub-ledger

§ Review and approve PRs in line with the budgets for the projects assigned, assist in reporting of the project and forecasting.

§ Support in data preparation, schedule management for accounts and projects, and consolidation of data for management reports and dashboards.

§ Help prepare financial performance summaries and assist in periodic reviews.

§ Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager and be proactive and hands-on with the tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree - Accounting/Finance.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience of relevant experience.

Core Competencies & Skills

a. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.

b. Advanced skills in Excel and experience in Oracle EBS is a plus

c. Language Proficiency – English - Spoken and Written (Proficiency in Arabic / Bilingual is a plus)

d. Prior Experience in a governmental / semi government entity is a plus.
