Financial Reporting Analyst


Location: DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 - D Block, Opposite to Bank Habib Metro, Lahore

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week, 9-hour shifts)

Company: Transpotech (Subsidiary of Sunny's Worldwide)


This position is Office Based


Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly management reports , including sales activity by region, sales agent, and customer, along with related trend analyses.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular financial and operational performance reports to management.
  • Work closely with the general ledger team to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Partner with the CFO and COO to develop financial models for incentive structures, commission calculations , and other management-driven analyses.


Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts .
  • Collaborate with business units to gather assumptions and ensure alignment across financial plans.
  • Monitor performance against budget and identify key risks, variances, and opportunities .


Cost Control & Process Improvement

  • Analyze and monitor costs, margins, and overheads to identify areas for improved profitability.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support cash flow management and working capital analysis .


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline .
  • Professional certification or progress toward CA, ACCA, CMA , or equivalent is preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in management accounting, FP&A, or financial reporting .
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel ; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
