Integrity Marketing Group is seeking motivated Financial Planning Specialists who want to make a difference. In this role, you’ll learn from industry leaders, develop professional sales skills, and help clients reach their financial goals — all in a supportive, flexible, and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Education: Educate individuals and families on a variety of financial products and solutions designed to help them achieve greater financial stability and long-term security.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct personalized consultations to understand each client’s goals, challenges, and priorities, providing tailored recommendations to meet their financial objectives.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and consistent follow-up, ensuring trust and long-term satisfaction.
- Sales Execution: Present and explain financial service options in a clear and engaging way, helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with mentors, trainers, and leadership to enhance your product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional growth.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to strengthen your communication, leadership, and client service skills.
- Compliance & Integrity: Conduct all client interactions with honesty and professionalism, maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for personal and financial growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage time and goals effectively.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred (but not required).
- Willingness to complete any necessary state licensing or training requirements (assistance provided).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to attend client appointments or local events as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
