Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with life insurance, asset protection, and retirement strategies
• Educate individuals and families on financial solutions including annuities and indexed products
• Use digital tools to connect with clients remotely or in person
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
• Optional leadership and team-building track

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must currently reside in the United States
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number (we do not sponsor work visas)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a background check (no felonies)
• Must be willing to study for and pass the Life & Health Insurance License exam (support provided)

Preferred Experience:

• Leadership, public speaking, or team-building
• Customer service or sales experience
• Background in banking, accounting, or entrepreneurial work
