About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, data management, and data reporting within the healthcare sector, with specific expertise in EHR applications like eClinicalWorks (eCW). This role will support healthcare grant-funded programs, such as AIDS Institute Reporting System (AIRS), eShare, and others, ensuring that data integrity, reporting, and analysis are top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, management, and reporting.
• Expertise in IBM Cognos, MSSQL, MS PowerBI.
• Proficiency in EHR applications, with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred.
• Understanding of systems analysis, workflow design, and data integrity techniques. Experience with healthcare grant-funded programs like AIDS Institute Reporting System (AIRS), eShare, CDC, Cerberus, and NYS Health.
• Strong background in Business Intelligence software and database development/management.
• Experience with Project Management Methodology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work closely with clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends and key insights in healthcare services.
• Collaborate with program managers to compile and submit detailed, timely reports on the status and progress of grant-funded programs.
• Develop, manage, and maintain network-wide databases, ensuring compatibility and data entry consistency across systems.
• Serve as a liaison with external regulatory agencies to ensure contractual compliance in data reporting and submissions.
• Manage patient information, conduct in-depth analysis, and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• Create and maintain statistical and operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, test, configure, and update EHR data fields, templates, and reports utilizing tools such as eBO registries.
• Provide training sessions and documentation for system users on EHR configurations and database use.
• Troubleshoot system and workflow issues, recommending enhancements and solutions to improve overall performance.
• Work closely with IT Management and other departments to troubleshoot daily operations and assist in database integration with EHR systems.
