About The Role:

We're looking for a detail-driven Financial Reporting Analyst who understands financial reporting, analysis, and how numbers tell a clear business story. This role supports accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and strong financial controls.

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to generate actionable insights
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
• Maintain documentation and support audits as required
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams
• Continuously improve reporting processes, accuracy, and efficiency
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero is preferred
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization is preferred
• Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas and reporting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting principles
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present financial data clearly and confidently
