Financial Reporting and Capital Management | Assistant Manager & Senior Specialist

Istanbul, Turkey

General Qualifications:


  • Graduated from Economics, Business Administration, Finance departments from universities (Bachelor's degree),
  • Experience in the financial reporting departments of banks or in financial sector audits at independent auditing firms,
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience for the Senior Specialist position, and at least 5 years for the Assistant Manager position,
  • Knowledge and experience in financial reporting closing processes and financial reporting standards,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Proficiency in MS Office,
  • Strong analytical skills, Excellent time management and business planning,
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and open to learning.


Job Description:


  • Coordination of reporting activities with the audit firm within the scope of quarterly IFRS and Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) Independent Audit processes,
  • Preparation and submission of financial reports and notes within the scope of monthly Group Reporting,
  • Preparation of financial reports and information required for domestic and international issuances and borrowings.
