General Qualifications


  • 4-year period of universities; Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or Accounting,
  • Knowledge of insurance accounting and financial statements and at least 2 years of experience in this field,
  • Knowledgeable about IFRS 17 legislation and practices,
  • High analytical, problem solving skills, knowledge of project management,
  • Having effective communication skills and good team relations.
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in audit companies,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and able to use Excel program at an advanced level,
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.


Job Description


  • Taking part in the data of the required data sets, tables and reports within the scope of the IFRS 17 project,
  • Ensuring the reporting of accounting systems in accordance with IFRS 17 accounting and reporting standards and changes in legal and internal reporting,
  • Creating ongoing processes in accordance with IFRS 17 legislation, taking an active role in the preparation of financial statements, making impact analyses,
  • Budget, determination of company KPIs according to IFRS 17 standard, monthly profit and loss and financial statement studies are initiated by taking an active role.
  • Maintaining coordination between teams during the transition process for the company
