Job Summary

Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about the financial markets?
We’re looking for Analysts to join our growing team! You’ll play a key role in analyzing stock exchange filings, researching director transactions, and identifying insights that drive investment decisions worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Review and analyze corporate filings from listed companies to identify insider trading activities.
• Research each transaction to determine context — such as mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, or new issues.
• Extract, categorize, and maintain insider data within our proprietary database system.
• Collaborate with global team members to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Support the maintenance and development of new research databases.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, Internet research, and data tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent with numbers, analysis, and financial market concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs59,999.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
