Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, respond to account inquiries, and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions such as fund transfers, check cashing, loan applications, and account updates
  • Product and Service Promotion: Inform customers about new products and services, and identify opportunities to cross-sell based on individual needs
  • Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and clearly explain policies, procedures, and fees to customers
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Feedback: Report recurring issues to management and suggest service improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£8,100.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
