Financial Services Professional

For over 75 years, TANNJ has been a trusted partner helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most and plan for their financial future. We’re growing and seeking a motivated, people-focused Financial Professional with sales experience to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication and service.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients’ financial situations to uncover needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on various financial products tailored to client goals.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote financial solutions and expand market share
  • Review existing and new financial agreements while ensuring clarity and trust.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and client proposals to attract and retain clients.
  • Manage follow-ups, documentation, and ongoing client communications with precision and care.
  • Ensure all activities are compliant with industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Utilize Centers of Influence and referral strategies to expand your reach and book of business.
  • (Optional) Serve as a bilingual or multilingual resource to support a diverse and growing community.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Background in sales, retail, or Financial preferred — with strong advisory and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess financial needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Life & Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Optional securities licensing and American College designations are a plus
  • Formal education in business or finance is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,732.11 - $130,000.00 per year
