We’re looking for a Financial Services Solution Manager to help shape our financial services portfolio leading solution design, collaborating closely with product & engineering teams, and working directly with major banks and fintech partners.

This role goes beyond traditional analysis or product functions. You will be the face of our financial solutions , engaging with clients, defining requirements, designing integration architectures, and supporting pre-sales processes while driving long-term solution strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end solution design for Mobven’s financial services products
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical & functional specifications
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and architecture teams to build scalable integration designs
  • Support RFP/RFQ/POC processes: prepare solution documentation, demos and customer-facing presentations
  • Represent Mobven in customer meetings, leading solution discussions and technical deep dives
  • Take full ownership of project delivery for major banking & fintech clients, ensuring timelines, scope and quality standards are met
  • Lead end-to-end delivery activities, including requirement validation, integration planning, delivery tracking, and go-live readiness
  • Oversee integration processes (APIs, backend flows, payment infrastructure, KYC, fraud, etc.) throughout implementation
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during delivery and manage change requests when required
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by aligning customer needs with product strategy
  • Monitor banking, fintech and payment ecosystem trends to guide solution evolution
  • Support go-to-market activities with sales teams for your solution portfolio

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, payment systems or financial services
  • Strong background as a Solution Manager / Solution Consultant / Product Owner
  • Domain expertise across: payment systems, digital banking, wallets, POS/virtual POS, money transfer, KYC, risk & fraud management, and core banking
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and API integration requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing engagements
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and complex solution environments
  • Proven experience delivering complex financial services or banking projects end-to-end
  • Preferably experience in Agile product or project environments
  • Good command of English
