Senior EWM Functional Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) with a focus on functional consulting and/or architecture.
• Proven expertise in leading EWM delivery and/or acting as an EWM architect for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics operations, including fully automated warehouses (e.g., conveyors, AS/RS, small parts warehouse, AGVs).
• Experience with SAP EWM MFS (Material Flow System) and its integration with PLCs via TCP/IP is a plus.
• Experience in SAP S/4 Integration Tests (IT) and test management in SolMan
• Familiarity with SAP ABAP (including ABAP Objects) and Fiori/UI5/HTML5 is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules with proven hands-on expertise on designing, configuration and testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Framework and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions for complex warehouse management challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, delivery, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions for global clients.
• Ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Provide functional expertise in warehouse processes and logistics, including fully automated warehouse systems.
• Document the business requirements and as-is process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery quality and efficiency within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM technologies and trends, applying them to client projects.
