Role Overview

We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize our financial systems and applications. This role requires a professional with expertise in financial software, data analysis, and systems integration. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, supporting financial operations, and driving improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and maintain financial systems and applications.
Collaborate with finance teams to identify system requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data security, and industry best practices.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Support integration of financial systems with other enterprise platforms.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data insights for management.
Provide training and technical support to finance staff.
Stay updated with emerging financial technologies and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis or IT/finance integration.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial software.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis tools, and reporting platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
