Job Description

This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

What You Will Do:

• Support finance systems by gathering requirements, testing updates, and ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
• Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to track, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to support audits, projects, and operational decision-making.
• Assist with onboarding new hotels, including system setup, data entry, and initial financial reporting support.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, or system-related processes.
• 1+ year of experience in an analyst, systems, or technical support role working with financial or business applications.
• Excel Mastery, basic Python skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to analyze, automate, and clearly communicate data-driven insights.
• Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Sage 300, Coupa, FloQast, or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
