Financial Systems Manager - ERP

Role Purpose

• Why this role matters: As the lead for Finance Systems and ERP at Beyond ONE, you will take ownership of our finance technology landscape bridging an existing gap and ensuring these systems are reliable, efficient, and user-friendly. Your leadership will be critical to maintaining control frameworks and driving enterprise-wide operational efficiency through robust system design and continuous improvement.
• What success looks like: Within your first 6 12 months, you will design a clear roadmap for improving functionality and user experience, enhance system adoption across teams, and support a frictionless daily experience for finance and business users. A key milestone will be executing a successful ERP rollout across all operating entities especially in high-priority markets like KSA.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Own and lead the end-to-end management of the ERP system across the Beyond ONE Group, including system performance, access control, evolution, upgrades, and vendor coordination.
• Champion user adoption and training by supporting internal stakeholders with the tools, guidance, and best practices to fully leverage the system.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Commercial, People, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure smooth ERP integration and adaptation to evolving business needs.
• Manage ERP-related projects from planning to execution, including consultant coordination, timeline tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Drive change with confidence lead structured change management efforts to ensure new implementations, upgrades, and rollouts are adopted smoothly and with minimal disruption.
• Identify system limitations, propose improvements, and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and improve user experience across all departments.
• Support rollout planning and execution in new or existing markets, with specific focus on business-critical launches such as the KSA implementation.

Qualifications & Attributes

We re seeking someone who embodies the following:

Education:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Degrees in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related disciplines are also accepted.
• Certification in Information Systems is highly preferred.

Experience:

• 8 12 years of experience leading ERP system transformation projects, with a proven track record in multi-market or multi-entity environments.
• Experience in the telecom sector or with technology consulting firms is a strong plus.

Technical Skills:

• Must have hands-on experience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA in a public or private cloud setup.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP integration, configuration, and user access protocols.
• Familiarity with digitalization trends and enterprise finance technologies.

• Languages: Full professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
