Global Finance Systems & Transformation Manager

We are currently seeking a talented financial systems professional to join the Pay10 global finance team.

This role serves as the central systems integration lead for Pay10 Global, acting as the pivot between the ERP (NetSuite) and all other critical business systems across Finance, HR, Sales, and Compliance. It is responsible for enabling a scalable, connected infrastructure that supports real time reporting, streamlined operations, and global governance across 10+ entities.

The role leads the migration from legacy systems (e.g. Tally) to NetSuite ERP, while also ensuring that adjacent systems-including HRMS, ATS, CRM, compliance tools, and payroll providers-are integrated effectively and support end to end process integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the global implementation of NetSuite ERP, establishing a unified financial infrastructure across all entities.
  • Act as the primary integration coordinator across business systems, including HRMS, ATS, CRM, payroll, and compliance tools.
  • Define and manage system interfaces between ERP and connected platforms to ensure data integrity and automation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, People, Sales, and Compliance teams to map cross functional processes and optimise system interactions.
  • Support selection and rollout of related platforms (e.g. HRMS, compliance tools), ensuring finance/system integration requirements are captured.
  • Lead master data management, entity mapping, and data migration across systems.
  • Define system requirements, prepare RFPs, and manage implementation vendors and partners.
  • Establish internal controls, audit trail visibility, and documentation across systems for regulatory and reporting readiness.
  • Oversee project governance, timelines, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Lead training, adoption, and change management across global teams.
  • Stay informed on evolving SaaS ecosystem capabilities to propose improvements that scale with the business.
Requirements
  • 8-12 years' experience in ERP/HRMS/system transformation projects.
  • Proven success migrating from legacy systems (e.g. Tally) to modern, cloud based ERP platforms (preferably NetSuite).
  • Track record of managing integrations across HR, Finance, Sales, and Compliance systems.
  • Hands on experience with NetSuite implementations in multi country, multi currency environments.
  • Experience supporting HRMS platforms (e.g. HiBob, BambooHR, WebHR, Zoho People) in integration or advisory capacity.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes (GL, P2P, O2C, consolidation, reporting).
  • Working knowledge of people processes (onboarding, payroll, performance, compliance).
  • Familiarity with CRM, ATS, and compliance related platforms.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
  • Comfortable in fast paced, high volume, low margin environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline. PMP/Prince2 certification a plus.
