We are searching for a highly strategic and operational
Finance Executive
to fully
own and lead
the financial operations of a growing, compliance-driven organization in the [Pharmaceutical/Healthcare] sector. This critical role is responsible for executing the financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, managing capital, and driving efficiency across all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting and Analysis

Manage and execute investment and financing decisions (e.g., credit, bond, leasing, equity increases).

Analyze revenue and expenditure streams to produce comprehensive financial performance reports and analysis.

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, managing budget control and delivering insightful variance analysis to executive management.

Develop measures to analyze and mitigate financial risks impacting performance.
2. Financial Management and Control

Manage the company's
cash flow
effectively and generate accurate cash flow forecasts to support operational planning.

Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including currency risk and interest rate risk.

Ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of core financial processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.

Guarantee the company's full compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations.
3. Stakeholder Relations and Coordination

Manage and coordinate relationships with external stakeholders, including accounting, audit, tax, and legal firms.

Act as a financial consultant to internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Sales), providing guidance on budget adherence and performance insights.

Ensure seamless coordination on all financial matters with the accounting unit.
4. Financial Strategy and Optimization

Develop and implement strategies to achieve long-term corporate financial objectives.

Prepare financial models and analyses to support strategic investment decisions.

Identify cost-reduction opportunities and evaluate the financial impact of efficiency projects across the organization.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum
10 years of progressive experience
in financial management, with a strong preference for candidates from the
pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and comprehensive financial analysis.

Up-to-date knowledge of local accounting standards and tax legislation.

Expert-level command of
MS Excel
and advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Logo, SAP).

Strong
functional leadership capabilities
with proven ability to drive cross-functional projects and take full ownership of the finance function.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in English
is mandatory.
