Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fine Arts Faculty member to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate should be creative, student-centric, well-versed in visual art forms, and committed to nurturing artistic expression among learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured Fine Arts sessions across relevant grade levels
• Develop students’ artistic skills through drawing, painting, sculpture, craft, and mixed media
• Guide students in portfolio development and participation in art exhibitions & competitions
• Plan and execute art-related events, workshops, displays, and exhibitions
• Integrate modern art tools & techniques (digital art exposure preferred)
• Assess student progress and maintain academic records
• Contribute to school culture through creative display boards, theme-decor, and event aesthetics
• Collaborate with school leadership and faculty for cross-disciplinary activities
• Uphold institutional policies, student discipline standards, and professional ethics

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts or relevant field
• Strong command over various art mediums, techniques, and teaching methodologies
• Prior teaching experience in reputed educational institutions preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate students
• Passion for art education and continuous learning
