The Fine Dining Host/Hostess is responsible for providing exceptional service at Dukes Steakhouse, ensuring a welcoming and professional dining environment that enhances the guest experience and fosters customer loyalty.
- Provide friendly, responsive, and professional guest service at all times.

Build positive rapport with guests while escorting them to their tables.

Accommodate guest seating requests whenever possible.

Manage seating rotations to ensure balanced service across all sections.

Promote and highlight current wine specials and promotions.

Communicate guest needs and special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries, to leadership.

Relay guest compliments, concerns, and feedback to management promptly.

Monitor the flow of business and adjust seating and staffing support as needed.

Take guest reservations and maintain accurate reservation records in accordance with established procedures.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Highschool diploma/GED.

Previous fine dining experience preferred.
Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must comply with all applicable health codes and regulations.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of casino operations and environment preferred.

Thorough knowledge of wine and wine service preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
