Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels (food, beverage, and supplies) to ensure premium quality while minimizing waste.
2. Financial Stewardship
- Manage the restaurant’s budget with a keen eye on the bottom line.
- Track expenses, analyze financial performance, and identify creative opportunities for revenue growth and cost savings.
- Collaborate with marketing to launch promotional campaigns and events that attract high-profile clientele.
3. The Guest Experience
- Act as the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive personalized, high-touch service.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and professional diplomacy.
- Continuously refine service standards based on guest feedback and industry trends.
4. Leadership & People Development
- Recruit, onboard, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Conduct regular training on menu knowledge, fine dining etiquette, and guest interaction.

The Ideal Profile
We are looking for a polished professional who embodies the "Hospitality First" mindset.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in restaurant management, specifically within Fine Dining or Upscale Casual environments.
- Language: Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred to cater to our diverse elite clientele.
- Age Profile: Ideally between 35 – 40 years old.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of restaurant financial management, food safety regulations, and the latest industry best practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, the ability to thrive under high-pressure "rush" periods, and a natural knack for problem-solving.
