What you’ll do:

You love food and can create a welcoming environment. You have at least 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and can lift to 25 pounds. Availability to work weekends or some holidays. We are hiring immediately!

• Must have 2+ year high-volume restaurant experience
• You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
• Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
• Keep it clean. You treat your tables like they’re in your own home.
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
