Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and offer recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining a genuine and helpful approach
• Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are upheld
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable experience
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations

Skills

• Extensive fine dining experience with a strong background in food service and hospitality
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order management
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in restaurant environments such as nightclubs or upscale eateries is preferred
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate order processing
• Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus for better understanding of menu offerings
