Server/ Fine Dining Experience Required/Coral Gables

Barley Hospitality is looking to hire exceptional fine dining servers for Coral Gables first rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking Giralda “Cebada Rooftop”

The server must treat each guest courteously, and work quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude, while following our teamwork philosophy. The servers must have a professional appearance and engaging personality

Knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus !

The qualified candidates will have outgoing personality and will be able to WOW our guests each shift. This role requires suggestive selling and creating an upbeat atmosphere for the guest.

Cebada is a very fast paced environment, so energy is particularly important for this position and the qualified candidate must be able to stand on one’s feet for periods of 4 hours or more and be able to carry heavy objects, at the same time maintaining a high energy level and upbeat attitude.
