Bartender/High End Cocktail Exp Required/Coral Gables

Cebada Rooftop in Coral Gables is looking to hire exceptional bartender for their rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking Giralda Plaza in Coral Gables and their inside Speakeasy “Bar Bella”

The bartender must treat each guest courteously, and work quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude, while following our teamwork philosophy.

The qualified candidates will have outgoing personality and will be able to WOW our guests each shift. This role requires suggestive selling and creating an upbeat atmosphere for the guest.

Cebada is a very fast paced environment, so energy is particularly important for this position and the qualified candidate must be able to stand on one’s feet for periods of 4 hours or more and be able to carry heavy objects, at the same time maintaining a high energy level and upbeat attitude.
