Bartender

Job Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable Beertender to join our team. This role is focused on delivering a great guest experience while serving high-quality craft beer in a fast-paced, community-driven brewery environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about beer, and thrives in a social setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour and serve beer with proper technique and presentation
• Guide guests through the tap list, offering recommendations and samples when appropriate
• Provide a welcoming, engaging experience for all guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of current beers, styles, and brewery offerings
• Operate POS system, manage tabs, and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Keep bar and taproom areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Assist with keg changes, restocking, and general bar maintenance
• Support events, live music nights, and brewery programming as needed
• Follow all local alcohol laws and brewery policies, including ID checks

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred (brewery experience a plus)
• Interest in or knowledge of craft beer
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $11.00 per hour
