Fine Dining Server

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated, and enthusiastic Servers to join our award-winning Service team in our busy fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate(s) will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of fine-dining food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM of 2 years experience in a FINE-Dining restaurant is REQUIRED* (*please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Sales skills with an aptitude for upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
