Fine Dining Server Assistant (Cala Bella)

Summary:

The Fine Dining Server Assistant is responsible for clearing away dirty dishes in a timely manner after guests have completed their dining experience. This role helps maintain the cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant and clean atmosphere for guests. The Fine Dining Server Assistant provides exceptional service aligned with Rosen Standards, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clear tables of dirty dishes and glassware promptly after guests have finished dining.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining equipment.
• Assist in preparing dining areas for new guests, including resetting tables as needed.
• Ensure that all areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support servers and other staff to provide excellent guest service.
• Adhere to Rosen Hotels & Resorts standards for quality and service.
• Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum six months of relevant fine dining experience required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
