Fine Dining Server (Cala Bella)

Summary:

The Fine Dining Server provides outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage to restaurant guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side workstations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift. They will also courteously handle all guest requests based on Company Standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests professionally.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items.
• Clear tables and assist with guest requests.
• Set up and close the restaurant efficiently.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of fine dining server experience required.
• Strong attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
