Fine Jewelry Social Media & E-commerce Coordinator

We are a fine jewelry brand, looking for a Social Media & E-commerce Coordinator to help grow our online presence and manage day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creative work and staying organized.

We are a small, fast-moving team. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently and figuring things out as they go. We will provide guidance, but this is not a heavily structured or step-by-step role. We value initiative and proactive execution over perfection.

This is a full-time, in-person position. Content creation is a core part of this role, and all jewelry used for filming is located at our store. Because of this, the role cannot be performed remotely.

Expected working hours: 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM

Pay: $18/hr paid weekly (cash)

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

• Plan, create, and post short-form content consistently (Instagram @caluon @idiamondny @pixongold / TikTok / Threads)
• Bring and test new content ideas

Customer Communication

• Respond to Instagram/Threads/TikTok messages in a timely manner
• Guide customers through inquiries and purchasing decisions

E-commerce & Operations

• Track orders and help ensure production timelines are met
• Assist with basic order management

What We’re Looking For

• Strong eye for clean, aesthetic visuals
• Experience creating short-form video content
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership without needing constant direction
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English
