Finish Carpenter / Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter / Installer how has a minimum of 10 years experience to join our dynamic construction team . In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality finish carpentry and installation work across various projects, ensuring precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with impeccable detail and professional finishing touches, delivering exceptional results that meet client expectations. Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, assemble, and install trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components using hand tools and power tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to accurately execute installation plans.
• Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and wood framing as needed for various projects.
• Install fixtures such as lighting, hardware, moldings, siding, and flooring with precision.
• Conduct restoration work including water damage repair, plastering, stucco application, and rebar installation.
• Utilize fabrication techniques for custom carpentry solutions and ensure quality craftsmanship throughout each project phase.
• Work safely on construction sites by following all safety protocols and handling heavy lifting tasks responsibly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment effectively.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Experience with construction estimating, drywall installation (including plastering), masonry work, roofing, tile laying, flooring installation, and electrical or plumbing basics is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on various job sites.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques such as mold remediation and water damage repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; able to adapt to different project requirements quickly.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
