Finished Good Storekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Finished Goods Storekeeper to oversee the management of our final product inventory. The ideal candidate will be a quick, accurate, and reliable professional responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished goods. Your primary goal will be to ensure the integrity of our products and the efficiency of our outbound logistics, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming finished goods from production, verify quantities and product codes against documentation, and inspect for any damage or defects.
  • Storage & Organization: Accurately and quickly put away goods in designated storage locations while optimizing space utilization. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
  • Order Picking & Dispatch: Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment based on sales orders with exceptional speed and accuracy. Load outbound trucks securely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories. Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records immediately.
  • System Management: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP software to record all receipts, issues, and returns, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and Good Warehouse Practices. Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse associate, or similar role, preferably in a finished goods environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. This is a core requirement.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, hand truck). Forklift certification is a strong plus.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
