Job Description:

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and supplies required for the smooth operation of our marriage hall. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring that all supplies are readily available for events.

Computer literacy is must. Hands on experience of using software (Like Oracle, ERP, SAP) and maintaining data in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that all ordered items are received in good condition.
  • Store goods in an organized and accessible manner in the storage area.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Issue supplies to various departments as needed and keep track of inventory usage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
  • Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in preparing reports on inventory status, usage, and reorder needs.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
  • Support other operational needs as required.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate, Graduation or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a store keeper, inventory manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
  • Familiarity with safety and health regulations.
  • Candidates from nearby area of Raiwind will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
