Job Title: Finished Goods Inventory Officer

Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Factory Manager
Location: Textile Mill

Job Purpose

To manage and maintain accurate stock levels of finished goods, ensure proper warehousing, documentation, and support timely and error-free dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive finished goods from production and update stock records (ERP/manual).
• Maintain proper stacking, labeling, and storage of finished goods.
• Issue stock against approved sales/dispatch orders only.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO stock rotation is followed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and share with management.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Highlight stock variances, damages, and shortages immediately.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Sales, Export & Dispatch teams.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finished goods warehouse/inventory role (preferably textile).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, documentation, & basic ERP/Excel skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
