Procurement Officer/ Store In charge

*Job Summary:*

Delta Developers is looking for Procurement Officer/ Store In charge for its Construction Business. The Purchase Officer is responsible for procuring goods and services required by the organization in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality standards and compliance with company policies.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings. Issue purchase orders and negotiate prices, delivery, and payment terms.

Maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant documentation.

Monitor stock levels and anticipate procurement needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Resolve any issues related to procurement and supplier performance.

Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs.

know how of basic accounting and book keeping.

*Qualifications & Skills*:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Proven experience as Purchase Officer or in procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of procurement procedures and market trends.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
