Professional Duties and Responsibilities
Tender Management:

Identify and analyze relevant tender opportunities from public and private sectors.

Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents in coordination with technical, legal, and financial teams.

Ensure compliance with tender requirements, formats, and submission deadlines.

Manage clarifications, pre-bid queries, and amendments during the tender process.

Maintain a centralized database of submitted tenders and results.
Contract Drafting & Review:

Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.

Ensure contracts are aligned with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as necessary.

Coordinate legal and management reviews and approvals of contractual documents
Contract Administration:

Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and deliverables.

Track contract milestones, obligations, renewal/termination dates, and variations.
-
Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documents.

Support audits and resolve contractual disputes or claims with legal support.
Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with internal teams legal, finance, operations, project, procurement for inputs and approvals.

Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and government authorities when required.

Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract compliance and best practices.
