Job Description :

Professional Duties and Responsibilities


Tender Management:

  • Identify and analyze relevant tender opportunities from public and private sectors.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality tender documents in coordination with technical, legal, and financial teams.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements, formats, and submission deadlines.
  • Manage clarifications, pre-bid queries, and amendments during the tender process.
  • Maintain a centralized database of submitted tenders and results.


Contract Drafting & Review:

  • Draft, review, and interpret commercial contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure contracts are aligned with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as necessary.
  • Coordinate legal and management reviews and approvals of contractual documents


Contract Administration:

  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and deliverables.
  • Track contract milestones, obligations, renewal/termination dates, and variations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documents.
  • Support audits and resolve contractual disputes or claims with legal support.


Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams legal, finance, operations, project, procurement for inputs and approvals.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and government authorities when required.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract compliance and best practices.

  • of tenders submitted on time and in full compliance
  • Contract cycle time from draft to execution
  • Number of contracts reviewed without legal issues or amendments
  • Win rate of tender submissions
  • Compliance rate with contract obligations
  • Number of successful negotiations without disputes

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, tendering procedures, and procurement regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document control systems
  • Familiarity with e-tendering platforms
