Procurement Manager – Construction

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and oversee our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing centralized procurement systems, formulating procurement policies, and managing the complete procurement cycle of construction-related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement centralized procurement systems and policies.
• Lead and supervise the entire procurement function for construction-related projects.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers/vendors.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising on quality.
• Maintain strong knowledge of construction materials and their market trends.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to meet project requirements.
• Drive compliance with procurement standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field).
• Relevant Supply Chain certifications will be a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction-related materials and procurement practices.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
