• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, ethics and ensures that the same communicated and implemented within the team.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Responsible to assist Supply Chain Manager in managing day to day operations
• Responsible to prepare and maintain Databases of Foreign & Local Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, clearing agents, etc., and keeping track of records of the market e.g., other vendors pricing strategies and services etc.,
• Responsible for arranging tools and equipment according to customer inquiries effectively including their prices estimation and competitive proposal preparation and submission according to deadlines in the supervision of the SCM/Procurement Manager.
• Responsible for the preparation of Presentations
• Responsible for maintaining the following tasks regularly effectively:
• Update inquiry register according to the RFQ received from customers.
• Update Goods delivery note for internal records
• Update Job Forms etc.,
• Update Equipment arrival sheet
• Update Warranty Claims, Goods return, short shipments etc.,
• Implement best and Modern practices in the Supply chain
• Work and suggest improvements in supply chain processes
• Responsible to take at least three 03 quotations before finalization of any order confirmation for inland transportation.
• Responsible to maintain stock/Inventory according to the requirement of internal departments e.g., parts sales, Projects etc., and maintain up-to-date record of inventory before ordering goods.
• Daily tracking of shipments and report to HOD
