Job Description:

Are you a recent Business Graduate eager to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of supplier sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processing while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Intern to support the day-to-day procurement operations of the company. This role will provide hands-on experience in vendor management, purchase order processing, budgeting and cost control. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to efficient procurement practices, and gain exposure to real-world business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update vendor and procurement records.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of purchase orders.
• Provide administrative support, including filing and documentation.
• Conduct market research into pricing and new suppliers.
• Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations.
• Perform procurement-related data entry and database updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement requirements.
• Track delivery timelines and update order status reports.

Qualifications:

• BBA – Supply Chain.
• Fresh Graduate or with up to 6 months of work experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization in the construction industry. Strong Analytical, Numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Thorough understanding of procurement, vendor regulations, and internal control procedures.
