Finishes Team Leader

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle the client and make approach to achieve our targets for contracts per year .
• Make the design of each unit upon the client request and direction.
• Supervise and coordinate all finishing works, including but not limited to plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling works, carpentry, joinery, and decorative elements.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and finishing schedules.
• Ensure finishing works meet the required quality standards and are executed according to the approved designs and materials.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update the project manager accordingly.
• Inspect work areas regularly to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Assist in resolving site issues related to finishes and suggest practical solutions.
• Participate in quality inspections and snagging procedures before handover.
• Monitor and manage materials stock to prevent delays or shortages.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of all finishing components.
Coordinate with procurement all parts for installation and delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finishing works or interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving and site supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
• Client-focused with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
