Finishing carpenter

• Ability to read, interpret construction drawings to ensure works are executed according to engineer approved drawings Ensure quality of works by assigning skilled tradesman, quality checks, usage of proper/Approved materials etc. Briefing method statements to work force.
• Perform installation on site of kitchen, wardrobes, vanity's, doors ETC...
• Fully Understanding cutting lipping and assembly of cabinets
• Understanding the factory division A-Z
• Knowledge of paint, veneer and lamination
• Preparing cutting list and material for projects required.
• Perform measuring and cutting as per design.
• Understanding woodworking machinery.
• Obeying workplace safety rules.
• Collaborating with other design and construction specialists.
• Keeping the workspace and tools clean.
• Understand site allowable productivity for various activities & ensure site team achieves the same. Efficient deployment of manpower, use of plant & machineries to improve productivity.
• Encourage team work amongst operatives Good communication skills to ensure the team understands & achieve the goals. Act in line with values & behaviour.
• Understand the issues faced by operatives & support them for their overall development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
