Job Title: Finishing Carpenter (Interior Fit-Out)

Job Summary

The Finishing Carpenter is responsible for executing high-quality carpentry works related to interior fit-out projects, ensuring precision, aesthetic finish, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out finishing carpentry works including:
• Doors, frames, skirting, architraves
• Cabinets, wardrobes, counters, and wooden partitions
• Wall paneling, ceilings, and decorative wood works
• Read and understand shop drawings, layouts, and measurements accurately.
• Install carpentry items as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure high-quality finishing, alignment, and detailing.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for work instructions.
• Use carpentry tools and machines safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.
• Rectify snags and defects identified during inspections.
• Follow HSE rules and maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Meet daily targets and adhere to project timelines.
• Support handover and final snag clearance.
