Finishing Carpenter Joinery

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Carpenter – Joinery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembling, and installing high-quality custom home and office furniture, including TV units, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, workstations, reception desks, and storage solutions. You must have a strong eye for detail, finishing techniques, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and furniture designs.
• Cut, shape, assemble, and install wood or wood-based furniture for homes and offices according to specifications.
• Perform high-quality finishing work such as sanding, edge-banding, polishing, painting, and laminating.
• Install completed furniture units on-site (e.g., wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units, office desks, shelving systems).
• Ensure proper alignment, secure fitting, and functionality of all units.
• Operate and maintain carpentry machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and high standards.
• Inspect and repair damaged or defective furniture components.
