Description:
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on-site, ensuring they meet project standards and specifications
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and sequencing of finishing tasks.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work such as plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, and joinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all finishing activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of finishing works.
- Monitor the progress of finishing activities, addressing any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues related to finishes, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports on finishing works.
- Ensure adherence to budget and timelines, optimizing resource use where possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a focus on finishing works in commercial construction preferably in hotels.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
